Club Penguin is running a promotion on a German gaming site (since Club Penguin now has German servers) and they are giving away free seven day memberships!

Getting the free membership code is easy yet confusing. Here's how:

Go to this site: www.spielaffe.de/Spiel/Club_Penguin_Aktion. Click the green play button.

Let the box load and you will see this screen. Here you will be creating an account for the German game site that you're on.

Use the box on the left to create an account. I have translated it:

*The Username/Email/Password have nothing to do with you Club Penguin account! You are creating an account for the site you are on which is www.Spielaffe.de. (The email and passwords can be random!)*

Click "register". Then accept the Terms.

And boom! FREE CLUB PENGUIN MEMBERSHIP CODE!

Copy the membership code then go to https://secure.clubpenguin.com/membership/activate_card.php. Fill the form with whatever penguin you want and enter membership code to activate it!

You are now a member for seven days, free!

More information:

• This is not breaking any Club Penguin rules. Club Penguin was promoting their game on that site for German users, but now more people have found out about it.
• This is a 7 day membership, but you can create more codes and save them for when your membership expires, you can just enter the unused ones!
• You might have to clear your cookies if the German site is not letting you create more codes.
• Club Penguin will most likely remove this, so create and save your codes now!

What's this "Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam" party you say? Well, it's the new name for the Music Jam party. Club Penguin is changing the name and other party features this year.

Here's a sneak peek of the Town.

Club Penguin is partnering up with the Disney TV show "Shake It Up" and having Rocky and CeCe mascots appearing at the party.

Don't worry though, DJ Cadence will also be there (and with a new background)!

The "Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam" party is set to launch on July 19.

Personally, I'm not that all excited for the changes and "Shake It Up" integrations. What do you think? Post me your comments!

Club Penguin has added fireworks to the island to celebrate Fourth of July and Canada Day!

You can see the fireworks from the Ski Hill...


...or at the Ice Berg!


I think Club Penguin should make these fireworks only red, white, and blue. Just to be a bit different from the same New Years fireworks. And instead of having puffle shaped fireworks, they should make US and Canada flag fireworks! Isn't that a cool idea?

Step 1. Go the Command Room and accept the Field-Op.


Step 2. Go to the Dock and walk to the bottom of the meteor.

Step 3. Puzzle found! Guide your battery from the recharger to all the power up stations.



You've finished the Field-Op mission! Here's your medal!

With these medals, you can buy Elite Gear! Each item is worth a certain amount of medals.

The "news anchor" is reporting the latest news, and tells us that the Super Hero Takeover party will be extended for another whole week!

The Club Penguin team has set up "meet Aunt Arctic" mini-parties! You can meet Aunt Arctic on June 29 in server Deep Freeze at 4pm AEST, 4pm PDT, and 4pm BST!

I announced a few days ago on our new project, Operation: Renovation. I also talked about our need for beta testers. We are going to choose 10 people and give them the "beta tester" position.

What they will need to do:
Beta testers will have access to our secret test site. We are designing our new theme on our secret site before we put it on our main site. Beta testers will report bugs, tell us what they like / don't like, share feedback, and rate new features. They must log into the secret site every two days.

How we choose:
We are choosing people that have been active in the Team Club Penguin Cheats community. People who post comments, engage with us on Twitter, and stand out from the thousands of viewers that we receive daily.

Here are the Club Penguin cheats for the new Field-Ops mission #87 for Friday, June 22, 2012:

Step 1. Go the Command Room and accept the Field-Op.


Step 2. Go to the Snow Forts and walk to the brown car.

Step 3. Puzzle found! Your mission is to destroy the targets. Enter the X and Y coordinates to fire a cannon at the target. In other words, click on the two lines that the target is on. You have to destroy at least 20 targets before time runs out.


You've finished the Field-Op mission! Here's your medal!

Club Penguin has posted a sneak peek video on their YouTube channel:



The video shows a new experience coming to igloos! Some of the new features include:

• Adding igloo backgrounds
• A "Like" feature for people to "like" your igloo
• Remove your igloo and just live in the wilderness.
• A new editing layout, similar to the layout when you click on puffles
• Save your igloos! You can save your igloo, then build a different igloo, but if you get tired of your new one, you can go back to your saved igloo!

Wow, Club Penguin has completely overhauled igloos! A needed update!
