Rocky and Cece are characters from the Disney TV show, "Shake It Up". On the show they play best friends who share the passion for dancing and music! So what are they doing on Club Penguin? Well Rocky & CeCe are partying with the penguins at the Ultimate Jam party.
How do Rocky and Cece look like?
These two divas are always dressed in style!
Rocky is the color aqua, wears a brown wig, glittery black shirt, and a pink skirt.
CeCe is the color yellow, wears a orange wig, and a grey shirt with the British flag.
How can I find Rocky & CeCe?
So far Rocky & CeCe have only visited the Ultimate Jam party to promote their show, "Shake It Up". During their appearance, they hop servers all the time. They spend about 15 minutes on each server. Rocky & CeCe usually appear together, though sometimes they separate and go to different servers so more penguins can met them.
